DELIVERY INFORMATION
All my orders are shipped by Royal Mail using recorded delivery, I aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days. My standard delivery fee is £3.50, Free delivery for orders over £50.
REFUND POLICY
Order cancelled before I ship the goods - Full refund
Order cancelled after I ship the goods needs to be returned within 14 days in the same condition received. Can not refund money if product is worn or used.
I always strive to ensure your absolute satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the product please tell me at the earliest opportunity: what the fault is and how the fault has affected your use of the product. Just contact me at jane@balmybeauty.co.uk & i'll do my absolute best to make you satisfied!
I refund money within 30 days.
RETURNS FEES
My shipping costs are non-refundable & you are responsible for returning the item back to me. Unless:
You’ve received the wrong product / item due to my mistake
The product arrived damaged
The product had passed the expiration date
